Hot Toys Maleficent 1:6 Scale Collectible Figure - Movie Masterpiece Series - Perfect for Disney Fans & Collectors - Display for Home, Office or Themed Collections

Sweet dark mother Maleficent. This is another Hot Toys figure I was waiting for with bated breath. Very nice job again by the sculptors. The one thing that makes Hot Toys brand figures the best is always the photo realistic head sculpts, & this one has one of the best I've seen in a while. Over all this figure is very movie accurate & finely detailed. I do have some complaints though. I felt that this figure is a bit overpriced for what you get, especially if you compare it to like say The Crow figure. Which has about the same amount of accessories & is about $180.00 compared to Maleficent that is at about $230.00. Maybe it's Disney that told them to jack up the price a bit. This figure does not have the outfit that is under the dress in the movie. This figure only has the boots, the rest is just a black cloth covering. Other than that this figure is very cool. 6 hands, 2 green flames, staff with raven perch attachment, & raven. There are wires in several parts of the dress to aid in poses. After looking this figure over it has left me wanting a variant figure. I'd like to see them make one of Maleficent's body suit with her fairy wings from the end part of the movie.
